At NYCLuxuryandStyle we offer both regular (2-7 day) as well as expedited (1-2 day) shipping and utilize the United States Postal Service, although we can (at your cost) utilize an alternate delivery service if requested. For light packages, we try to quote Unites States Postal Service air mail rates, as they are the cheapest way to send the item, but have found that ecrater does not always show this option. We strongly suggest that delivery insurance is purchased for every order. If delivery insurance is not purchased, a tracking number proving the item was sent will fulfill all seller responsibilities and once the seller has sent the item any remaining delivery issues will be yours to figure out with the delivery service. See "terms" for additional details. If you purchase one or more insurance options, the seller's responsibilities are only fulfilled once the item has been delivered and signed for. If the item is not delivered, the seller will work with the delivery service to either locate your item or issue a refund for the insured amount.
